I Am In Dire Need

I am in dire need of someone to talk to. Gosh, how desperate I sound right now. Seriously. At this moment, as I am writing I feel like crying. Reason? I myself have no idea. Somehow, I do feel that there is something in me which is not out yet. The pressure arise when I sent a message to this 'ONE' person, but that person hasn't answered! Grrrrr... OK! Now, SLEEP!

Zouk! Partayh!!

Hey there people of the world,

How you guys doing? I am great as usual. Busy with work. Worked full-day for 3 days straight. I think I have put on weight though I am working HARD! Trust me! I did!!! It's ICE-CREAMs fault!

That's it about work.

On Sunday, I have been invited to a party at Zouk! KL which I was DAMN excited to go. Seriously, I was pretty excited about going to the party. However, I had another plan with my friends to go for Natrah Theater at Istana Budaya. We have decided that we might wanna change the date to Saturday but there were no seats left. So, I had to decide to not go to the party. Anyhow, Iffah called and said that she might wanna change the date to any other date cause she will have a family gathering on that day which is TOTALLY FINE with me. It's just that I didn't RSVP to the party and now I can't go to the party! DAMN!!! What a WASTE!!!

May I crash the party??? Pleeeaaassseeeeee~~~

Love,
MARL!

I Find These SEXAYH!

I somehow finds these characteristics in men are SEXY :-

a) Wear spectacles
b) Have curly wavy poodle-like hair
c) With well-trimmed facial hair
d) With long side-burns ( like the second pic )
e) Hard-working ( knowing that he works two jobs)

Guy 1
There is this one guy works in Al-Ikhsan. He walks in front of BR almost everyday assuming that that is the way he use everyday to go back or something. He has this poodle-like curly little afro hair like. He is Cute!! Literally! Slightly short as a guy though but its ok!

Guy 2
A guy who works in Coffee Bean. At first look, he is not HOT. Seriously. When I get to know him, he is a good guy. He works two jobs. He works in Coffee Bean as a part-timer because his actual work is in an office somewhere in USJ. So, he'll come to work in Coffee Bean only at night shift. and and and, he has facial hair. That makes him more sexayh!

Guy 3
Last 2 weeks, a whole rugby team from somewhere (International) walked by our store and there was this one guy with hot-hot facial hair. No mustache just well-trimmed "'beard'?" attached to his side-burns. Gosh, HOT and SeXAYH! That's TWO!! I mean he is a Rugby player. Of course he's HOT!

Guy 4
I can't remember where I met this guy but he wears spectacles and as usual, CUTE!!

p/s: I love guys who will not get tired of playing with children. I find that SEXAYH too!

Love,
MARL!

Good Reputation has Gone Down

I watched the latest episode of The Amazing Race Asia season 4 yesterday. I know, its quite late to tell this. Anywho, almost everyone who watches ARA would know that Malaysia has a good reputation since Season 1. Malaysians won the First Season, Second place in the Second season and Third in the Third Season. How Ironic, right? And now, in the FOURTH season, Malaysians will not be joining the Finale anymore because both of our teams are OUT! It is sad to think it that way but we have been the strongest contenders since the first season but we are not anymore. So, I guess we should just stay out of hope the next season cause we won't be seeing anymore Malaysians joining The ARA. Because so far the sequence are,

First Season = First Place
Second Season = Second Place
Third Season = Third Place
Fourth Season = No Place
Fifth Season = Not Qualified To Be In Anymore.

Unforgettable First Day Of Raya (Qurban)

It is my first time experiencing Raya without going back to my hometown. To be exact, it is OUR first time not going back to our hometown on Raya day. What we always do is to go back to either one of our hometowns before or on the day itself. However, it didn't go that way this Raya Haji because of me. As I said, it is OUR first time celebrating Haji Festive in KL as a family. Why I said that all this was because of me? It is because I had to work on Wednesday morning. How sad, right? I know. It is my first experience working on the first day of Hajj Festive. It was sad knowing that we were unable to go back to our hometown.

I woke up to get ready to go to work that morning and I caught the smell of Rendang from the kitchen and guess what, my mum made us Rendang and it was AWESOME! I love my mum's rendang. It was her second time making Rendang for Raya. Awesome, right? Had my good breakfast before heading to work and.... (The interesting part starts...)

I arrived at the same time as my co-worker (Kak Yati) did. Normal opening stuff we had to do. Open ice-cream counter, open counter, arrange this and that. Kak Yati searched her bag for the store keys. Check and check the keys weren't in her bag. We both panicked the hell of ourselves cause there will be two customers that will come to collect their cakes which were in the other store room which we need the keys to open the door. But, the keys were not with us. PANIC ATTACKED!! I asked Kak Yati to recall the place when she left the keys. As she took her time to recall the moments, TING! She said she might have left the keys in the store room (upstairs). We were determined to just break the door.

Kak Yati took the hammer and I took the screwdriver. At first, I went on my McGyver mode. I used card and pins to open the door. It weren't working. How frustrating. It was time to use the hammer and the screwdriver. We tried to hammer the door knob and the whole etc. We might have tried everything we could. I took of the door knob's cover, it wasn't working. At last, Kak Yati, the hero of the day, took the cloth we use to cover the cups and the hammer. Cover the door knob with the cloth and PAAAANNGGGGG!!! Door OPENED!! Yezzaaarrr~~ We should have done that from the beginning. By that time, it was 10.15am. We opened late! As soon as the door was opened, we rushed into our work-mode. Arranged everything. Money, chairs, tables, cups, spoons, carpets, scoops etc etc. At about 10.45am, both the customers came to take their cakes. OMG! Thank God everything has settled. The door, arrangements and everything. Just imagine if the customer came at the time where we haven't managed to open the door. I could not imagine that. Thank God!!!

It was a hell of experience and I'm sure that IT WILL BE REMEMBERED for the rest of my live!

Oh oh...I forgot to add another thing, it was PINK DAY that day. Again, TIRING and I went home TIRED! Had to take my shower ASAP and went to my aunty's house to celebrate Raya with them. Huh. What a TIRING day I had on the first day of Raya Hajj!

What ever it is, I Thank Allah for helping us opening the door for us. I Thank Allah for giving me the strength to work all day long. I thank Allah for giving me the time to live and I thank Allah for giving the chance to live my live and I smile because I know that Allah loves me!

Alhamdulillah!!

Love,
MARL!

One In A Million

I admit, it is hard to impress me with this kind of Malay songs. I mean this kind of melody. Somehow, this one managed to catch my attention and my interest. Here it is.

KeKanda Adinda by Monologue ft Atilia.

Oh Kekanda
Jangan iri hati, Dinda naik pangkat lagi
Oh Adinda
Kanda mana dengki, malah Kanda support bini

Jadi Dinda mahu mengambil masa
Tapi Kanda mahu segera
Dinda ingin berjaya dalam kerjaya
Tapi Kanda mahu cahaya mata

Dinda belum bersedia
Kanda dah beria ria
Jadi yang mana satu
Tak perlu bertengkar
Tak perlu bermasam muka

Oh Adinda, tolong jangan lekas curiga, lekas cemburu buta
Oh Kekanda, Dinda perlu berhati-hati, tak rela dikongsi

Kanda kerja overtime, terlebih masa
Itu yang Dinda harus berwaspada
Ini semua demi masa depan keluarga
Dengan Dinda atau sebaliknya

Kanda kerja malam
Dinda kerja siang
Jadi bila nak bertemu
Tak perlu bertengkar
Tak perlu bermasam muka

Oh adiwira, dewataku, mari ikut cara Dinda
Oh Tun Teja, intan permata, mari ikut cara Kanda
Oh bagaimana? Bagaimana kita nak selesaikannya?
Apa keputusannya?

Oh Kekanda mari nyawa, kita cuba komunikasi
Oh Adinda mari sayang, kita cuba toleransi

Walau kita janji sehidup semati, kita berlainan
Kanda polar kutub utara
Dinda kutub selatan
Komunikasi, sikap toleransi, itu yang kita perlu
Tak perlu bertengkar
Tak perlu bermasam muka

Walau kita sering dengan cara masing-masing
Kanda yang Perdana
Dinda yang Utama
Kanda segalanya
Dindalah nyawa
Kita tetap bahagia bila bersama sama
Bahagia bersama
Bersama selamanya
Bahagia selama-lamanya

Confused with Forms

I Am So Confused right now
With All the Forms that I have to deal with
I Am Confused and Blank in the whole procedure.

The Signages Are There For A Reason

Hey peeps,

How you guys doing? Haven't been updating my blog for quite a while. Miss blogging actually. Everytime I come online, I will surely open blogger but without any good reasons I don't have the mood to update when actually I have a lot to talk about. Mengada, ain't it?

Today is my off-day. Thank God about that. I really need it cause my hands are not strong anymore. I mean my wrist. I went to a pharmacy the other day and met a pharmacist. I asked him about my injury and he said that I need a time-off cause I need to let the muscles relax. For that reason, I had to wear wrist support. As for now, I am not wearing it cause it is so dang tight and I can see the difference in my hand where it got all swollen cause the blood won't be able to flow properly. Can't let that happen, right? It is D-A-N-G-E-R-O-U-S.

My work days so far are going great and awesome except for the boring-ness while waiting for customers to come. Seriously, there ain't alot of shoppers at Subang Parade. It gets really frustrating sometimes cause there's this one day, our collection was only RM 900++. It wasn't even a Thousand. Far far away from our target that was 1200++. Fortunately, yesterday everything has turned around cause we have reached our target and it was far far away from the target. Thank you God! Needless to say, it was all our work well done.

Can I tell you something that I really hate while working there? I hate it when the customer come to our store and asked what is that *point* what is that *point* what is this *point*. I mean, we have prepared you with the name and the description. READ THEM! Come on, when you don't understand or maybe you want extra information then you can ask us. But, on this situation, they didn't even read the description. All they know is asking us. I was able to handle it before but now, it gets really annoying. After this, CAN YOU PLEASE READ FIRST?

Another thing that I hate is when customer come to our store and just pointed out the flavour of ice-creams that they want. The situation:

Customer A : I want that one and that one. Two scoops.

Me: Two scoops in one cup or different cups?

Customer: One cup.

Me: Ok. so, that is double scoops. What flavour?

Customer : That one and that one.

Me: This one *while pointing to the ice-cream

Customer: No, that one.

Me: Baseball Nut? *point*

Customer: No, that one.

Me: This one *point FIST* (No, I'm kidding)

You get the picture right? I mean, it will be so much easier if you tell us the name of the flavour that you want. If you don't know the name, READ THE NAME OUT LOUD! That is the reason why the names are there, that is to HELP YOU telling us what you want!

Another situation that I hate most is :-

Customer: Give me two scoops in a cup size regular (Good customer. I don't need to ask any of this anymore)

Me: Ok. Flavour Maam?

Customer : Jamoca Almond Fudge and Pralines n' Cream

Me: Ok. *scoop and scoop and scoop. put a spoon in the cup and serve*

Customer: Don't you have a cover?

Me: Oh. you want to take away?

Customer: Yes, I want to take away (with tone as if she told me before)

You see, I don't mind if the customer said it with a nice tone like 'oh. sorry. do you have a cover cause I want to take it away?". This one the way they said it is like they have told me before or they just assumed that I already know what they want. Come on, I Am NOT a mind reader. I cannot read your mind. You need to tell me what's on your mind. HELP ME TO HELP YOU! Got it?. We as the crew, we will automatically give you the flavour that you asked for with a spoon and of course the cup without cover cause we assumed that you will eat it straight away cause that's what most people do. If you want to take it away to someplace else, TELL US before we serve you, like this.

Customer: Can you give me two scoops regular in a cup and I want to take it away. thank you.

That's more like it! Easy, right? Easy for you and easier for us to do our job! Don't assume we know what you want. You are the only one who knows what you want. Don't assume that we know that.

Another thing. Can you please INCREASE the volume of your voice? You are talking as if you are talking to yourself. I CAN'T hear you!! you are talking to someone else. Let them hear you. What is the point of talking if others can't hear you, huh? Good God! It is not pleasant when we ask you what you want for so many times cause that will show that we are the ones that are not good whereas the real reason is that you whisper! Please please, let us hear out what you want.

I love it when customers come by and straight away say what they want without having us asking many questions. I don't mind asking questions, don't get me wrong but sometimes you just don't get it and it gets me annoyed. When I get annoyed, it's NOT good!

So, please. Read first. Tell us what you want with a NICE volume of your voice for us to serve you.

Love,
MARL!
