I Am Not Very Forgiving, I Think!

At some point of your life there will be problems being shoved into your life whether you like it or not. That is the nature of life. Problems will always haunt you down. It will haunt you no matter where you wanted to run. It is scary sometimes to know that you cannot run from problems. The fact is that you will have to face your problems and make it work for you. If you run from it, it will become worse. I am not here to talk about running away from problems or sort but I just wanted to recap my 2010.

As you all know, 2010 is coming to an end and that means we will become one year older than we are right now which is so not cool. For those who are my badge. LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST YOU GUYS, IT'S OUR LAST YEAR AS A TEENAGER! I have exactly 19 days before I turn 20 and it will come by fast! So, it's recap time.

I went through 2010 with a blast half of the year. I had so much fun living my life. I have great friends who were really good to me. I joined the Debate Club of UiTM Kuantan and it was my first time joining a debate club and even compete in a real tournament with another team from other institutions which was the RMC team. I had so much fun debating with them. That is the most memorable thing in Semester 2. I had a wonderful and happy life in Semester 2 that is the first half of year 2010. However, there were few bad memories which I shouldn't mention here to protect some individuals but it wasn't that bad so no biggie. The fun I had in Semester 2 was Priceless! It was so much fun. Top it up with my results in that semester! Man. I can't ask for a better first-half of the year.

Anyhow, things got pretty messed up in Semester 3 which is the second half of the year. I wasn't the same as before. I changed, literally. We lost the one thing that I thought we were great with which is Futsal tournament. That tournament really did mess with my head a little bit. Top it up with that stress, I had some issues with my friends which I don't want to recall but I can't help it because I am the kind of person that will never forget. I will never forget it if that person has messed up with my head and with me before. I might have forgotten the small little thing but when you mess with me, I'll remember from bits to pieces. One thing that you need to know about me is that; If you have my trust then you should try your best to keep it because though its hard for me to lose my trust upon you but once you lose it, you will never get it back. Same goes with my respect. I will respect you but once you lose it, just say goodbye. I know that I can be mean sometimes and people might think that I am not forgiving but hell yeah I am not because it is really hard to break my trust or my respect cause I sometimes don't take things seriously but once I do, you have to watch out.

I don't care about gossips. I don't listen to who dates who and who dumped who because honestly I don't care. However, when it is involving me I definitely want to know more and people who talk about it will never gain my trust back. I don't care whether they started the story or not or even they have contributed in the story or not, they will still lose my trust. And again baby, ONCE YOU LOSE IT YOU'LL NEVER GET IT BACK! I put standards on people and I admit, they are high standards. So, try to keep up with them because they are going down the drain if you don't keep up. Until now, I still have the bad memories from the second half of the year which I will be very very thankful if I can get them out of my head but unfortunately I can't because I WILL NEVER FORGET! (people losing my trust. What about I am losing people's trust) Well, that too made an impact in my third semester. I had many backlash myself.
The latest story would be me with my bad results and me banged into another car in front of me which cost me rm300.00. So not cool! Adding to that, last two days I had a freaking stone hit my car window and the window just shattered into pieces! Thank God no one got hurt.
So, that's all the backlash I think. Move on!

Anyhow, that was the backlash of semester 3 which is the second half of 2010. When there's bad memories there will always be the good ones. The good ones are UNCOUNTABLE! (is there such word?) So, I will just keep it to myself because if I start on it, there won't be enough space in my blog. I just love my besties!

I am so sorry if I have offended anyone in 2010. I am so sorry if I have ever hurt someone with my behaviour or my sense of humour or even from whatever that has came out of my mouth. I am so sorry if I have ever messed with your head. I am so sorry if I accidentally hurt your feelings directly or indirectly. I am so sorry if I have ignored you which I don't think has ever happened. I am just SORRY for anything everything!

I hope that 2011 will be better than 2010. May The Force Be With Me!
By the way, WHAT IS YOUR NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION?

Love,
MARL!

WTH!

I swear to God that this will be the first time I am using all the words below.

STUPID BASTARD SON OF A BITCH!!!!
(Ok. I am Good now)
This phrase should be put up yesterday.
I was DOWWWWWN yesterday because my car window just got shattered!

I've Never Felt So Alone

I admit, Glee episode 'Furt' is the most touching Glee episodes of all-time. I myself got carried away by the beautiful songs selection and exciting steps and all. It was really touching and fun if I have to say. But, this one thing bothers me while I was watching this episode.

I'VE NEVER FELT SO LONELY COMPARED TO WHEN I WAS WATCHING
GLEE EPISODE 'FURT'
and I MEAN IT!

I'm serious. It is fun and all but there was a feeling there that made me feel that way. A fragile person I am, I almost teared up. Well, take it from a positive side. Their acting works! Yay for them but miserable feeling I had after watching it, PRICELESS! It was EPIC! I've never felt so ALONE watching something and congratulations Glee, YOU ARE THE FIRST!

Habit

One habit of mine everytime before travelling to anywhere in the world (more than two days).
This has been my habit since forever I guess (as long as I remember). That is to make a what-to-bring list. I love this idea of doing the list. I'll make this list the night before going somewhere or a day before just in case if I forget to put something on the list. I'll update the list the time I remember something. Sometimes I even put the most dumb thing to bring. Even the smallest thing I'll put it on the list. For example, above, tissue. For me, that is quite a dumb thing to put or even 'switch off air-cond' or something. Even things like that I'll put it on the list. I really think that this thing is very very helpful. I'm just giving you people idea on how to be more organise before you travel. This seems a pretty good idea to me. Try it!

I'm Disturbed By It

I really do think this video is disturbing. We used to see Miley Cyrus as the innocent disney celebs. This one, however, shows the opposite of that view. I find this video inappropriate for girls her age and for herself. She has changed from the innocent-looking girl to a rebellious-looking girl. As for this video, there's this one scene where she dances with her friends and their dance is kinda again inappropriate. I think she dances with a 'she' but their moves are lesbian-looked alike. That is a NO-NO. First time I saw this video, I don't think it's good. I know that she has to grow up. I mean, she don't have the responsibility to be a role model to young girls but hey, you chose to be a celebrity that means you are automatically a role model and the responsibility is 100% on you. Young girls look up to you and they will follow you eventually. What I am afraid of by looking at this video is that Miley to be turned out as Lindsay Lohan. Flashback to Lindsay's first music video. The song 'Rumors'. Remember that? Remember how the video looked like? Yeah. Pretty much the same as this one. So, an advice for you Miley. Don't turn out to be like Lindsay! You are destroyed once you become one.

Warning: Video is 18PG

I Am Packing, Ya'll!

Wee! I can't wait for tomorrow! Like seriously. LOL. It's really odd that I am so excited about Singapore this time cause Singapore is already like my second country, literally. If you are used to something, the excitement is less, right? Hurmm. Not this time.

Pretty excited about it and that's why I'm posting about it. So, activities?
Let's see.
1. Shopping
2. Shopping
3. Shopping
4. Shopping
5. Enjoying the life there?

All I know is that I want to shop there. Nothing else. Not that excited about going to places to visit but visiting shopping malls, that's more like it. So, now I am packing for a one week stay probably going to extend another night because of ZoukOut! Weee! Not planning for that yet but we'll see. However, honestly speaking I don't think I'm going to ZoukOut cause the tickets are SOLD OUT as what my cousin said. She wanted to go to but can't make it cause of the tickets.

( just 10 seconds ago, my mum came into my room and gave me SGD 150)
I know it's not that much but I can live with that cause convert it to RM, it's RM 362. It's not easy to just get 300++ in your hands in 10 seconds, right? Cool!

Back to the story, we probably going to stay one night in Muar, my hometown. Reason? Since I started working, we have not been back to our hometown. Pretty sad, right? That's the sacrifice you have to make once you started working (as if I've been working for ages.pfftt).

That's it for now. See you in one week. Toodles!

Toooooodlllleeeeeeessssss~

Love,
MARL!

I Can't Wait

Hey there people of the world.

I am Thankful to God that I am still Alive today. Who knows, I might die tomorrow or the day after. And so, I am so so thankful that I am still alive and get to live life the same way I did for the past 19 years.

I just came back from Taiping yesterday. It was FUN! Went with my aunty and her family along with my family of course. It was for my mum friend's wedding reception there. I was supposed to meet Shamira while I'm there. Sadly, she was not in Taiping that day. She was on her way to Penang. How sad, right? Didn't get to see her after all. :(

Anyhow, our activities there were literally just EATING! I am serious. It was almost we eat for every 2 hours. That is a serious claim. Eat eat and eat. Nothing but eat! You know the consequences is? Me gaining! Gosh. How I hated that. I am supposed to be controlling what ever I am shoving into my mouth cause I'll be heading Singapore in two days. PARTAY! Nah. Wanted to go to the ZoukOut. Unfortunately, the ticket price is too Dang EXPENSIVE and I'll be there till 11th only. ZoukOut will be on the 11th night. 8 to 8. So, don't get to go PARTAY! It's ok! No big deal!

By the way, All of us know that tomorrow is The NEW YEAR for Muslims! I want to wish a HaPPY NEW YEAR to all Muslims in the world. Don't forget to be thankful to the one who creates Allah the Almighty.

Love,
MARL!

Setiap Langkah Kerajaan Pasti Ada Yang Membangkang.

ITULAH KERJA PEMBANGKANG!
KALAU TIDAK BUAT APA ADA BANYAK PARTI DALAM NEGARA.
MASALAHNYA MASA JADI PEMBANGKANG SAHAJA BEKERJA KERAS UNTUK RAKYAT.
BILA DIA YANG JADI KERAJAAN, KAUT UNTUNG POKET SENDIRI JUGA!

How Important Is...

FIRST IMPRESSION??

Journey That I Can Never Forget

Its a journey that I can never forget my entire life. It taught me how to deal with all kinds of people. It taught me how to deal with stress. It taught me how to deal with people under stress. It taught me how to work under stress. It taught me how to be a good person. It taught me to be more patient. It has taught me all kinds of things and I liked it.

Its true what people say. Working is another side of the world. You might think that you know everything but really you know nothing. Its a whole new experience out there. Its a whole new atmosphere and environment. You thought you have met the most nasty people in college, wait till you go into working life. Though my work is not BIG as in Office job but the pressure is still there and I think its more that office job. The amount of work you have to do, the amount of stress you have to be in is enormous. Not everyone can stand the pressure and the tiredness. Take for example, one of my friends, worked in BR only for a week cause she can't handle the tiredness and the work. Another friend who has just started working in BR complaining on hand-pain. See, not everyone is able to do the job. Even I myself had a really tough time to adjust to it all.

As I said, working is a whole new experience. Experience it and you'll know.

I am going back to BR today to return all my t-shirts, cap and apron. I get to meet them again! YAY!!

Love,
MARL!

I Bid Farewell

I finally had to bid farewell to Baskin Robbins and my BR friends. I will miss you guys so so much especially Kak Yati. I had my last day yesterday on 30th November 2010 clocked out time 10.30pm. As soon as I punched 'clocked out' I am no longer the employee of Baskin Robbins. The experience there was PRICELESS. The friends I made not only from Baskin Robbins but almost the whole Subang Parade will be missed. I will miss meeting those guys from Coffee Bean that I met almost everytime I'm on night shift. Kakak 1901 and The Sushi King crews. Not to forget the Shihlin member that served me with a delicious Mee Sua and XXL Chicken. Nyummm~

I admit, it was sad leaving that place. I felt like crying and I almost cried on my way home. I almost cried when I hugged Kak Yati cause we bonded well enough the whole journey I'm there. As I said it was priceless and the feelings I felt that time cannot be described in words. Only I know how I felt at the time.

*cry*

MARL!

The Natrah Tragedy and US

I have promised you guys that I'll update on Natrah Theater. Well, here goes.

On 29th November 2010, Iffah, Becka, Lynn and I had planned for a theater session at Istana Budaya to watch Natrah Theater starring the FAB Maya Karin, the FIERCE Umie Aida and the GENTLEMAN Remy Ishak. The original plan was supposed to be on Sunday night. Due to some other plans by one of us, it had to be cancelled and Monday night it is.

Lynn and I planned to meet at my house at around 6pm. I finished working at 4.00pm and took no more time to rush buying some things for myself and back home. Made myself up and waited for Lynn to appear at my door step. It was raining at the time and I knew that she will be slightly late cause you know how the traffic will be when its raining, right? Yeah... I waited and waited. She finally appeared and waited for Maghrib. Right after Maghrib we started our journey to Istana Budaya. It was a hell-of-a-jam. Federal Highway was quite bad plus the other highway which is Jalan Duta or something. That one was quite OK. Not so bad that one. When the traffic is jammed up, drivers began to become selfish, rude and ruthless. Gosh. How patient I had to be at the time. Cut through the emergency lane is NOT SEXY though you are driving a BMW!

Get back to OUR Story. Me and Lynn made it to Istana Budaya and it was my first time driving to Istana Budaya with no idea which road to use and all, at night and raining. I MADE IT! It was EASY laaa. Anyhow, we made it to Istana Budaya ON TIME! Called both the Bulats, there were not even OUT of their houses yet! Grrrr. Ok Patient patient. We went in and bought some snacks cause we were so hungry at the time. One by one went into the auditorium plus every one minute interval there'll be an announcement asking the people to go inside. Called both the Bulats again and yeah they were ALMOST there. As soon as the announcement that said 'the theater is starting', Becka called saying that they are coming-running in heels. That is truly the story of RUNNING IN HEELS. LOL. They made it! Thank God!

Went inside the auditorium. Took our seats and TAAADAAAA Theater started! The opening was STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL. The sets were STUNNINGLY MAGNIFICENT. The actors were STUNNINGLY TALENTED AND AWESOME. It was all worth it. Big Credits to MAYA KARIN and UMIE AIDA. Their acting were SUPERB! However, quite surprising for me seeing Maya Karin looks kinda short on stage. I was expecting her to be quite tall but she looked short on stage. I met her few times and she's quite tall compared to me like obviously. Probably she was in heels at the time. She was not wearing any shoes the whole show. What ever it is. KUDOS to Erma Fatima too for bringing an AWESOME show to the stage. And and and, I just had a crush on the lawyer (can't remember his name).

About 20 minutes after the show started, there were two women escorted from behind to our seats row. Guess who that was. Erra Fazira. We were seating in the same row as Erra Fazira, Zahida and another person, can't really see her face but bet she is among celebrities too. I was not that excited about seating the same row as them but about that lady Erra Fazira. Come one girl, don't be late to a show that might bring disturbance to other people. You just did! Improve on that aite. I know that you are not the kind of celebs that come late for any shows or even a shooting. But yes, stunningly beautiful. Not so beautiful with your fake hair though. If we ever meet again, I'll tell you that!

Next stop, MAMAK! We were starving by the time it ended. So, we headed to MAMAK near Becka's house. Had SUPPER. Sent everyone back home as usual except for Lynn though. Can't go all the way to Shah Alam cause I was dang tired by then. Her parents had to pick her up at my house. All in all, I had so much fun watching the theater and so much fun hanging out with the Bulats and Keding. Long time no see, friends!

Love,
MARL!
